Mr Allen assist and navigates families through IEP,504 meetings and also assist with regional center and IHSS.Mr Allen also provides case management and monitoring.Services we recognize that securing appropriate services for your child can be daunting process full of what can seem like insurmountable hurdles.We can walk you through the process every step way and help you to get over the hurdles standing in your way to maximize the outcome for your child.We offer the full range of special education assistants and advocacy from consultation and attending meeting.Special Education:IDEA The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act requires public schools to provide qualifying with disabilities a Free Appropriate Public Education(FAPE) through a aIndividualied Education Program(IEP) that addresses the students needs and is reasonably calculated to provide educational benefit.Some of the services our office provides include:*Requesting reviewing and analyzing records,Case planning and analysis,Assist and Accompany at IEPs 504 and Regional Center meeting and IHSS assessments,Securing related services such as Speech,Occupational Therapy,Counseling,Behavioral Services and other needed services,Securing Independent Educational Evaluation(IEE),Filing Complaints ,Providing an attorney who has knowledge:REGIONAL CENTER:I assist case planning analysis and assist at IPPs and IFSP and Fair Hearing and 4731 complaints:IHSS i assist with annual assessments and reassessment and complaints.your About section. Mr. Allen and his expertise
Education includes:
Completed courses at Antelope Valley College in Understanding the Learning Disabled.
As well as, attending Fullerton Junior College and completed courses on Paralegal studies in the Spring of 2005.
I regularly attend workshops, conferences, and online webinars in order to keep apprised of new laws, and COVID updates as they come into affect to help better provide services for each family.
Also I understand the emotions and difficulties with education for special needs as I have a son which I navigated through this with which gives me insight that others might not have.
